DESIGNING YOUR CONCEPT OF WELLNESS
Mastering your health begins with defining your concept of wellness. The process is simple – but highly individual.

Answer these 10 questions and you'll be amazed at the roadmap to optimal health that opens before you.
- Imagine that you are painting a picture of ideal wellness. What would you look and feel like at your ideal level of health?
- What's the most important element in this picture? How is it linked to your health?
- How large is the gap between where you are today and where you want to be? Fill in the blanks in this sentence, "Today I am ( ); when I achieve my desired wellness goals I will be ( )."
- What makes this vision really important to you? What will be different in your life when you achieve your vision?
- What will it take for you to make changes?
- Why do you really want to reach this vision? What would you most like to accomplish in the next three months?
- What might get in the way of your reaching your vision? What else? What else?
- Which obstacle are you most concerned about?
- What strengths can you draw on to help you overcome your obstacles?
- Where are you successful in life, and what lessons can you apply to the challenges you face in achieving your vision of wellness?
